Every character must have a PC. While how it's set out, and the exact details are up to you it must have -
The Pokemon details must have at least the Pokemon's species, type, Level, and moves, however more can be added if you wish to give the pokemon more depth.
- The Pokemon your character has on them
- The Pokemon your character has in their PC
- Any Items the character may have
