This is basically a form of OOC user storage. If you recieve something you don't want to gie to a current character, or want to withold for a while, you can create a thread here, and place the pokemon/items there, and hold them until you want to give them out.
When you do give them out, you must post in your thread stating so, and saying who you are giving them to. How you organise it besides that is your choice.
One thread per user. Once a pokemon is given out they can;t be put back in
If you're holding pokemon and items, they must be put here, so we know. Otherwise they must be imeadiatly given to a character.
You must also state where/ how you recieved it, so mods can keep track of it.
This only works for things recieved OOC.
Promos and giveaways must always be given to a character straightaway.
